Overall it is an okay product. The shipping and delivery was pretty annoying though, considering USPS failed to deliver 3 days in a row. The product itself was described precisely in the description and is okay I suppose. I think I should’ve opted for the 8.5inch dome though.
night light in the shape of a lamp?
i am trying to find a night light that is in the shape of a lamp. it is very beautiful. probably made of porcelain or porcelain Lamp glass. i saw it when i was abroad but you had to buy a converter for the outlet which would make the night light come out several inches from the wall which would not look good. i was convinced i could find something like it when i returned here in the states and have not had much luck. any suggestions.

I ordered this small lamp for my study. It is as pretty as pictured, packed very safely and the service was excellent. I can highly recommend this merchant.
i just wish i didnt have to buy the bulb seperate, but thats just me. otherwise the lamp is really good, keeps my scorpion warm.
Not too big for little tanks, and not too small for the larger ones. This lamp is great for reptiles, and doesn’t even require the clamp (if adjusted correctly). This can easily be placed upon a tanks lid. Honestly the whole unit becomes hot, the light bulb may play as a variable here though. The top half isn’t as scorching as the the lower segment obviously, but still not something you want remaining in your hand.
Upon opening the box one will find the clamp and a few parts needed to assemble it. The lamp has a pretty simple on/off switch, too bad there isn’t a way to increase or decrease the strength.
Only problem here is when trying to open a tank and having to set this somewhere. Mainly due to burning hazards I suggest you plan ahead on as to where to plant this bugger. Do note as the above reviewer has mentioned, this does not include a bulb. I spent roughly twenty bucks, so four eleven this is a great deal. Now my new bearded dragon can bask on his rock, and not worry about an autoheating rock that may malfunction ( it also usually upsets their undersides). If you own a reptile Zoo Med’s lamp is something work investing upon.
