Convenient hint on Rare wedgwood
4 July 2010

I bought these magnets for miniatures. I am able to put different pieces together with these magnets and change them out at will.
How can I find the current copyright owner of rare genealogical books, especially if the author is deceased?
My wife and I love family history and genealogy. We often run across hard-to-find genealogical records published Rare wedgwood in older rare books, sometimes self-published. We would love to find the copyright owners of these books and see if they would open it up to the public domain or a permissive license. How do we find current copyright owners, especially since most of the original authors are deceased? If we find the legal owner, what release form should they sign to allow the genealogical content or index to be made freely available on the Internet?

I am so very happy I found these magnets on Amazon. The price was great for what you get. I love to stick photos, notes and the funnies to my fridge and these are small but have great hold. They don’t cover the photo, but they hold it very strongly. I’m back to purchase more and will replace ALL the other magnets on my fridge. I highly recommend these.
I bought them to hold up pictures on a magnetic board and they work perfectly for that
Next time I will definitely get the bigger size. These were really tiny, but they do work well. I wanted to use them in crafts for making magnets, but they’re a bit small for my liking. I’ve been using them on their own though to hold up corners of photos on a magnetic board, and it works perfectly and looks very minimalist and cool.
This product worked on a project that I had been struggling with for weeks. Someone sent me a link to these magnets and I bought them! They have tons of uses. Get some!
If you’re thinking of buying these types of magnets, this size seems to be the most useful. These magnets work great.
I am using them to build a device for a cometition. They were perfect! Very powerful, and my classmates couldn’t stop playing with them. Keep them away from children. TOO DANGEROUS to be a toy.
Previously I bought the 3/4″ x 1/8″ magnets and they are incredibly strong, in fact too strong for my fridge front. Most of my magnets won’t stick to the front of my stainless steel fridge at all and it’s always bothered me. Now though thanks to $10 getting me 24 of these little guys I simply wrip off the old magnetic backing and glue these on or just glue these straight to the magnets. Although these are small they are still incredibly strong and one can easily hold up a multipage brochure on the stainless front. Nice.
I used Gorilla Super Glue which cured in 30 seconds so they worked great. One thing of note though was the fumes coming off of any excess on the sides will adhere to the fridge face so if you use this glue make sure to let your magnets sit by themselves for at least 24 hours before placing them on your fridge.
Our office has new furniture which is mostly steel w/o the push pin backing, so needed some magnets to hold up items. These work great. Lots of holding power, but easy to remove when needed. These sizes are good for heavier/thicker items. Also got the next size down (30 count I think) for more permanent items and holding pics, etc. to be less obtrusive.
very strong little guys. fifty of them at a lower cost than the competitors’ similar product offering far fewer
These magnets are just what I needed. I can even hang plastic sheeting with them. These provide lots of bang for the buck. This is a great product and they are fun to “play with” as well.
These are small, but definitely strong. It’s difficult to separate the magnets from the stack, and difficult to peel a magnet off a refrigerator door.
Just one magnet firmly secures a 4×6″ picture to a refrigerator, but they are small enough that you may use four in the corners without covering much of the picture.
I used gaffers tape to secure magnets to a souvenir; the magnets worked strongly through two layers of tape! I used four magnets to keep the souvenir balanced on the refrigerator, but just one is capable of holding it.
Such a bargain, I am buying more for crafts or items I wish to display on the refrigerator.
