Infused hair extensions. Has anyone had problems?
I had blonde 22 inch extensions put in one month ago. I wash my hair once/twice a week, sleep on satin pillow case and wrap hair at night. Ever since 1st time washing as instructed hair has turned into nightmare. At least 10 extensions fall out at a time. Hair is one giant matted mess. It is human hair from China. china Satin Salon swears this has never happened before. Asked them specifically what shampoo, flat iron, etc. is appropriate and they say any. Also say can swim and exercise. I haven't done any of this and hair is matted mess. I use a loop brush only on my hair. Salon is willing to completely redo but am angry and feel ripped off. Any suggestions on how to care for this hair. Also salon told me that maybe hair was too long but the girl layered it to mix in with my own so I feel this shouldn't have happened to me. I am disgusted because spent so much time and money. Husband wants me to have the extensions. What to do? I live in small town and only two people do them and the first one was worse than this. Help please desperate!
