Ok I am a collector. My husband thinks I am nuts. I love movies.. that is my one passion that I actually use. Yep will watch them over again. I collect the new ones and the old ones.. Ones that I know I will watch again. Kids movies. They dont collect dust. pfaltzgraff Tea I can watch movies all day... Some I have seen 5-10 times. I also collect oil lamps.. love them. esp the old ones. I have about 50 of them.. the serve a purpose. I use them when the power is out. Now the useless one.. I love Frogs. plastic, sand carvings, cloth, ceramic, posters, stamps, ect... yep.. all of them I have about 2000. frogs of all sorts. I have a frog something in each room... I love the color green but my favorite color or frog is the poison dart the red ones. Ok now I also collect PFALTZGRAFF, for those that dont know it is ceramic, pottery dinner ware. I love the tea rose set. have almost all of them. I collect plates. painted ones 64. I am a collector.. I have several. spread around the house any one else?

The spoon rest is plastic, so I’m afraid to get it too close to the burners, but it’s pretty
I expected the spoon rest to be made of stoneware or some sort of ceramic, however, it is made of melamine (hard plastic). I would have been very disappointed if it had been more expensive, but for the price of $2.25, I’d still say that it’s not a bad buy. The spoon rest is pretty; and it’s a durable-looking piece for the Tea Rose collector.
This spoon rest probably will serve its purpose but it is plastic and does not match my set of stoneware as well as if it had been stoneware. I probably would not have purchased it if I had known it was not stoneware.
I ordered these dishes because I like the design and functions the best of all the dishes I have seen. I needed new everyday dishes and chose these. I love the pattern. The dishes were shipped in a timely manner. The packing was excellent. The internal box was not even dented. The dishes are really pretty but not dainty so you are afraid to use them. I am enjoying them immensely.
I love the tea rose dinnerware, they look really nice for company or everyday. I also like it because I can order extra pieces to complete the set or if I need to replace a piece should one get broken I can get just the piece I need. I would recommend the dinnerware and amazon.com to my friends or anyone. I have been very pleased with everything I have ordered from amazon.com. My orders show up at my door in good condition and fairly fast from the time I order.
Purchased this as a gift from the Amazon website. It arrived promptly and safely (well packed in original carton). $30 off the retail price plus shipping. I’ve never had a problem with any Pfaltzgraff stoneware. Attractive and hardy.
The dishes arrived in excellent condition and fast shipping!!!! I was very impressed with the overall service and product!! I love Pfaltgraff, they last forever and stay just as beautiful. When you use Pfaltgraff dinnerware (any pattern) you will always be pleased with the appearance of your table even if it’s just a simple dinner. I have Had Pfaltgraff for many years now and have found nothing better. A+++++++++++++++
Only problem I had was one of the stoppers on one shaker would not stay in, otherwise it’s typical heavy Paltzgraff quality…I’ve had mine for 6 years now in a family of four, they hold up very well.
I could not believe it was for only one cup. I did not read throughly and thought it was for four. Big dissapointment.
Wow, unlike the first reviewer, I don’t give items one star because I’m too stupid to read a description! That’s like kicking the puppy because I set myself on fire. I wish Amazon would vaporize these lame so-called reviewers. Anyhow…..this cup is gorgeous, it has a good size and weight. I find Pfaltzgraff to be pricey, of course, so I like to buy things one piece at a time.
I was worried that I might have ordered a dainty little “tea cup” size coffee mug. I was pleasantly suprised, this is a nice size coffee mug. It measures 3 3/4 inches tall, 3 1/2 inches across the top and if you fill it to the brim it will hold exactly 1 1/2 cups of liquid.
This mug has a nice weight to it and is comfortable to hold. The handle is big enough to fit all four fingers inside the handle (if you are a woman with average size hands) I ordered two and unfortunately one was cracked, so I will be sending one back for a replacement. I plan on ordering several more!
