This is a pretty teaset, well-detailed, full-sized, with an attractive chintz pattern. Wish that Royal Doulton hadn’t stopped its production of English-made china. As it is made in Indonesia, it is of acceptable quality at a rather premium price. Would recommend.

does anyone have a list for cup of christmas tea china pieces made?
I have many of the pieces, but would like china Tea a list. Thanks for any help.Sorry for the confusion. This is a set of china called Cup of Cristmas Tea. It was inspired by a book by Thomas Hegg. There really was not a good category for this question.

  1. This teapot is perfect for me. I like its rounded shape, its size and its porcelain-covered interior. I have used it three or four times per week over the last month, and so far it serves me very well. It is best to use a potholder when pouring, but that is a normal precaution. I didn’t understand why the blue one is priced a little lower than the other colors, but blue works okay for me, and I liked the price.

  2. I was getting a bit tired of boiling water in a pot, so I decided to buy this kettle. The price was right, it looked cute, and the ratings were good overall. Perhaps I got a dud, but the very moment I took it out of the box, a large chunk of the enamel fell off from the handle. And smaller chunks fell off as I tried to inspect the rest of it. Needless to say, I’m sending it back.

  3. The capacity below the spout is slightly less than I would have liked, it will gladly boil out of the spout if you let it. The handle is plain plastic and will heat up uncomfortably if left on the stove for much longer than absolutely necessary. It cleans easily, looks very nice left out on the stove top, and boils water quickly. Works nicely on my gas range, no scorch marks to the finish with daily use for a month. Don’t get athletic when you pour your water, the shape of it requires you pour very gently or it will spill out of the lid; the lid is not on tightly but will not fall off thanks to a small nub that keeps it clicked in. Really overall a nice little teapot and worth the great price here on Amazon.

  4. I am very impressed with the heavy metal construction of this tea kettle, and its thick enamel coating. Even the inside is well finished. With a little care it should last just about forever.

It looks great sitting on the stove and gets many positive comments.

Well worth the cost. Well worth the purchase. I am absolutely delighted!

  5. This tea set was received in broken condition, returned, and the replacement received broken as well. At that point Amazon declined to replace it again. Do not buy.

  6. I LOVE this tea set, but buyer beware: it is not packaged correctly and items will be broken. One of my tea cups was PULVERIZED and Amazon won’t replace just the cup. I got $10 back but to buy a replacement cup and saucer it will cost me MORE than $10. This is a very poor policy.

  7. This is a beautiful tea set. I ordered it for my granddaughter for Christmas and was thrilled when I opened the box (a lovely storage box in the same pattern as the china). However, the only packaging inside the box was some cardboard dividers to separate the pieces. The teapot lid was inverted over the creamer and in shipping, vibrated against each other, breaking the creamer and the lid. So…it had to be returned and at the time there were no replacements available. A few sheets of tissue paper stuffed around the pieces to cushion them during shipment could avoid future mishaps.

  8. I don’t understand how people cannot give this 5 stars! The box it arrives in is beautiful, in the same pattern as the tea set. The items have an intricate pattern, and the edges have a pretty detail. There is a pretty butterfly on the inside of each cup – I liked it so much, I almost thought about keeping it for myself!

  9. This is a really nice little tea pot for those that want to brew a small batch but prefer a separate pot and mug as opposed to the “Tea for One” sets. The stainless steel infuser is nicely finished with holes not too big and not too small. The infuser is also large enough to allow the leaves plenty of room for expansion during the steep. The handle is comfortable, the design pleasing and the spout doesn’t drip….what more could you want? At the price, it’s a steal. My only reservation is that it is small, only .5 liter, so make sure that when ordering you really want a small serving size. I do wish they made this design in a larger (32 oz.) size.

One more thing. The manufacturer shipped the products quickly and they were packaged securely.

  10. Frustratingly, the advertiser does not state the size of the tea pot therefore one has to guess at it’s size which has put me off. It would also be helpful to know what stamp it holds. Appears to be a good deal but 2 strikes and they are out for me!
