   I bought this set after Christmas. The price was better than any of the stores I checked. Everything arrived in great condition in a Royal Doulton box. My mom just gave me all of her OCR china. I notice that the roses, especially the yellow ones, on the china that I bought from Amazon are not nearly as detailed as the roses on her china. The roses on my mom’s china are smooth and the roses on the new china have a printed dot texture to them. Also the gold trim on my mom’s dishes is much larger than the trim on the new ones. I am unsure if the china that I bought from Amazon is real. I will not buy china here again.

   I am very pleased with the Royal Albert Dinnerware. Amazon’s price is very good, much better than the derpartment stores and the quality is very good also.

   I was very pleased with the china and the courtesy of the seller. The china was a gift and the recepient was delighted with it. Thanks for insuring quality merchandise.

   Finely made, looks nice. But it’s a bit thicker and smaller than I had expected. Made in Indonesia.

   The gold banding is not done with good quality at all. I notice dark gray spots all over the rim.

   [...] offers this Royal Albert Old Country Roses tea set at an amazing price. This is a beautiful tea set, the tea pot is quite large. Unfortunately, the internal packaging for my set was insufficient and the lid to the tea pot was broken. Amazon arranged for a very quick UPS pickup and credited my account immediately for the return. The set is beautiful, the price is great….hopefully other sets are correctly packaged to arrive intact.

   I’ve always wanted something – anything – in this pattern and the very affordable price for this 3-piece set enabled me to finally get my wish. My only regret is that it is no longer made in England. The set is made in Indonesia, is very beautiful, and it has the nice look and feel of fine porcelain. The packaging within its original box was excellent, even including a mesh protector over the spout of the teapot. However, for shipping, the original box was placed inside another larger box with only crumpled paper as a buffer. I think styrofoam in some form would have been superior, especially for a product of this caliber. I could feel the original box sliding in the larger box. All in all, the teapot, creamer and sugar is fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ordering this set to anyone who wants one.

   I was pleased with the 3 Piece Tea Set made in China. The design (the old country roses) is beautiful and the china looks sturdy (in a delicate kind of way). Again, the tea cup and saucer ordered at the same time and shipped separately made in Indonesia appears of much inferior quality.
   Again the 3 Piece Tea Set made in China is just gorgeous. I am very pleased. It will look absolutely elegant on my antique Tea Cart. Again my question is, when you order the Royal Albert Old Country Roses Dinnerware, how do you know ahead of time if it was manufactured in China or Indonesia???

   It is beautiful and shipped perfectly. I have 2 of the Royal Albert Old Country Rose 24-Dinnerware Piece Set, Service for 4 and now with the Tea Set feel it is almost complete. This set is gorgeous, I am very happy with every piece.

    I find I use this image with I wish to convey a message. It is much more descriptive than mine, and the mind behind it adds weight to the statement. People ask me if it is digitally enhanced.

    I was a little upset at first because I knew the product wouldn’t be coming in a nicely packaged Royal Albert Box (and as we all know, thats part of the excitment in opening something of value, is seeing the ‘Tiffany or Loui Vitton’ wrapping.
    Ah well I thought. It was a week before Christmas and no one sold the one item my mother was missing in her set, which happend to be the Country Roses coffee pot.
    The price on Amazon was just right and when it showed up on my door step 3 days before Christmas, with no expedited shipping and all in one peace, I was thrilled. All I needed to do was buy a nice big red Christmas bag to put it in and with that taken care of I was able to give my Mother the impossible to find, not to mention beautiful item that she had been seaching for for quite a while…..at a decent price.
