I have had these dishes for well over a year. I am a clumsy person & did not expect them to stay in good condition for very long. To this day, they have been bumped on a tile counter top, banged together in the dishwasher when loading, put in freezer, microwave & oven on low. There is not one chip. One did break when it fell 3 ft. from my hand & landed on another glass object. That’s it. There are no knife marks on them & they are as shiny as the day I received them. I would buy these again in a heart beat. I am thrilled with them because they are not only sturdy, but beautiful.
